No new Apple TV 5 or iPod touch 7 is no surprise

Well, Apple’s Special Event has been and gone and while there was some great new product launches, it was those that were missing that got people talking. However, we just cannot understand why people are both surprised and upset that the Apple TV 5 and the iPod touch 7 were not announced yesterday?

The thing is, it’s only been a year since the Apple TV 4th generation and iPod touch 6G were announced, and so it was rather obvious that Apple was not going to offer another fresh one year later.

Don’t despair though because the current models are still decent enough and with new updates to their software coming out this month, they are about to get a whole lot better, in terms of features, functionality, and overall user experience.

We do find it strange how we all get caught up in the negatives of an Apple launch event, rather than the positives, such as the new products that will be released this month. Ok, so we know that there are a few things that we feel Apple have done wrong, such as still no wireless charging on the iPhone 7, but that’s just a small issue, one that iPhone users have been able to live without up until now.
