No Man’s Sky Xbox One release date sadness

One of the best reveals of Sony’s PlayStation Experience this weekend, was a brand new No Man’s Sky PS4 trailer. Unfortunately though, it looks like at this point there isn’t a No Man’s Sky Xbox One release date in sight.

The procedurally generated open universe game is due out in 2015, but so far there has been complete silence regarding an Xbox One version. We know the game is coming out on PC, but there has been no talk on whether Microsoft is bringing it to Xbox One.

After a weekend in which we’ve seen Street Fighter V as a PS4 console exclusive, this isn’t going to be good reading for Xbox One readers.

The game is looking absolutely stunning and could already been one of the early contenders for one of the best games of 2015. At PlayStation Experience, we saw another new trailer for the game and confirmation that 65daysofstatic will be composing the entire soundtrack to No Man’s Sky.

Is this game going to be a timed-exclusive and will still appear on Xbox One in 2016, or is it going to be completely exclusive to PS4? We can already see that many of you are asking the same question on Twitter and so far there has been no response from Microsoft regarding this.

Either way, things are looking extremely promising for Sony in 2015. The Order 1886, Street Fighter V and now No Man’s Sky all on the way.

As an Xbox One owner reading this, give us your thoughts. Is this one game which you would love to play on Xbox One? We’ll update you if we hear any further information regarding this.
