We know that everyone is trying to locate Nintendo Switch stock in the UK and find out which stores have the Nintendo Switch in stock for the UK after the initial allocation dried up on day one.
As a result, you’ll now find that the majority of stores across the UK and the US are now completely sold out of Nintendo Switch units, with retailers saying that they can no longer guarantee delivery on launch day.
That date is March 3, which is also when the new system will be out in the UK. We have a word of warning though for those of you who are planning to order from the usual crop of retailers.
Amazon and GAME have both been forced to issue unique statements telling customers that may not be able to fulfil orders for delivery at launch.
The Nintendo Switch Amazon UK pre-order page states the following:
We don’t know when or if this item will be back in stock.”
While GAME say something similar too:
Please Note: At this time we have not received official confirmation of stock allocation. Until we have our allocation confirmed by Nintendo we cannot guarantee that every order will be fulfilled for launch.”
You’ll be pleased to know that Argos and Smyths do not list any such warnings and you can still pre-order the Nintendo Switch at both pages where it looks like they can still fulfil for delivery on March 3.
We’ll keep you updated here as the situation changes, but help us by leaving a comment below if you were able to successfully reserve a Switch for yourself.
