Nintendo 3DS: Design ‘Finalized’, Release Date Narrowed Down

If you were excited by all of the Nintendo 3DS news at E3 2010 you are probably wondering when you will be able to get hold of Nintendo’s upcoming 3D-capable handheld, well a recent article posted on SlashGear has cleared-up a some 3DS-related details.

According to their article Nintendo America’s head (Reggie Fils-Aime) recently confirmed that the 3DS will be available in America, Europe and Japan by the end of March 2011, no more detailed release information has been confirmed, however at least we know that the 3DS is at most 10 months away.

Reggie Fils-Aime also stated that the ‘finalized’ design shown on Nintendo’s official page (here), may vary from the final product, this is because designers and engineers may tweak things thanks to feedback received during E3 2010.
