Nexus 7 2013 White unleashed, but 32GB only

While everyone is waiting for the Nexus 10 2013 release date to arrive, Google clearly have other plans in mind. Just hours after we told you about rumors suggesting a surprise Nexus 8 release, Google has now gone ahead and unleashed a Nexus 7 2013 model in white on the Google Play store.

There is a catch to this though. Unfortunately, we can see that the shiny new white Nexus 7 is only available with 32GB of storage. The 16GB model is nowhere to be seen in white, while the 32GB white Nexus 7 2013 is selling with WiFi only – no LTE models.

Furthermore, it looks like the new color is only available in UK, US and Japan markets. There’s no sign of the device on other Play Stores, so we can only imagine that stock is limited in the build-up to Christmas. Hardware specs remain the same and the tablet is still easily head and shoulders above the majority of 7-inch tablet competitors out there.

We’ll let you know when a 16GB model becomes available in white. As you can see from the image, only the back cover is white in actual fact – the front remains black. Are you tempted to get one of these? Give us your thoughts below.
