According to an article by Jennifer Hong of newsoxy the 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Hybrid Truck, looks to have the best gas mileage with 22 miles per gallon. This is a 4-door, 5-seat regular side which is available in four trims. Prices start at $38,340 going up to $47,820.

It seems that trucks which are made by Chevrolet/GMC achieve the best fuel economy; the GMC Sierra 1500 Hybrid manages 21-mpg in the city, while on the open road pushes this up to 22-mpg.
