New Panasonic GX7 enters mirrorless camera ranks

When it comes to digital cameras strides in technology means there’s plenty of options for the avid snapper, and today we are looking at the new Panasonic GX7 as this device enters the mirrorless camera ranks.

Below this post we have embedded a video by The Camera Store courtesy of the popular YouTube channel, and the video lasts around 9 and half minutes, discussing the GX7 features and overall look. In addition, some great images are shown as they demonstrate this camera in action.

The presenter gives us a hands-on impression of this while he is out and about using it in varied environments, and he discusses the popular Panasonic GF1 as the early mirrorless camera, although the replacement, the GX1 was not held in such high esteem.

As he questions whether the new brand new GX7 can climb up the ranks as a top mirrorless cameras, he also highlights the grip and overall look, and although he is impressed with the grip he does not find it very attractive. Regarded as comfortable to hold he also mentions the new features and finds the controls fantastic.

For those of you who feel the hands-on field test hasn’t provided enough information, comparison videos are a great way to separate opinions, and back in August we had a look at how the Panasonic Lumix GX7 compares to the GX1 providing a video of both in action. Additionally, we have also a link to the official Panasonic website which details the specs and features and tells us more about this product.

Check out the video below and let us know your thoughts on the new Panasonic GX7 mirrorless camera.
