New iPhone App: ZombieBooth 1.0

A new app which can turn a picture of you into a scary looking zombie has been launched for owners of the iPhone and iPod Touch. ZombieBooth 1.0 brings the undead to your device screen. The app has spine chilling sound effects combined with blood curdling graphics.

All users need to do in creating a zombie is to start up the app, take a photo or use a library one, the servers then work their magic and a scary zombie is revealed. Developed by MotionPortrait’s, this new app joins their other smash hit apps PhotoAvatar, and HourFace which we reported on recently.

The zombies turn into a breathing and living 3D movie, which can be shared by email or with the in-built Twitter option. The app is not for the easily scared or the young, as the creations are very realistic, just drag your finger across the screen and watch the zombie follow you.

ZombieBooth 1.0 is on the App Store for only $0.99. iPhone or iPod Touch required with OS 3.0 or later.
