New iPhone App: MyNature Tree Guide 1.0

Nature lovers can get a lovely new app that will help them identify more than 200 tress which are commonly found in North America. MyNature Tree Guide 1.0 has been released for owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.

Released by MyNature, Inc. the app allows users to search by question and answer to identify a tree. After answering a series of 15 questions the app will match the answers the user has given against a database to find the tree that closely resembles the information given.

Contained in the app are digital images of bark, fruit, leaves, needles, and a profile and illustrated drawing of each tree. Once the tree has been identified the user can learn more about the tree and its growth cycle, and view range maps and photos.

Users can even receive alerts to which trees they might find in any area in North America. There is a state tree quiz, and fun and interesting facts about trees.
