New iPhone app keeps check on your calories and activities

Users will find included in the application a food database and body tracker tool to help them achieve their fitness goals at their own pace. The app has a detailed diet and activity planner to help users to be better organized when it comes to getting in shape. Keeping track of calorie consumption is important when trying to get fit, but it is not the only thing which is vital to keep on top of.

Nutrition is also important and elements such as water can be tracked by the application. It will calculate the date the user’s goal will be reached with weekly rate and target calorie intake. Once the users has created their food and activity plans all they have to do then is stick to them to achieve their goals.

Users will now know thanks to the app how far they need to jog to burn off certain foods they may have eaten. You can keep a track of body shape and health issues such as blood pressure, blood sugar and mood. You can even add photo’s to keep a visual track of your progress. All stats are presented to the user via clear and easy to read charts, which can be converted to CSV format and shared via e-mail.

Other features of the application include over 50,000 recipes with the ability to create their own, more than 400,000 food items which are stored by category such as brand and restaurant. In the few days the application has been available it has received favorable reviews from users.
