Balance Forecasting 2.2 has arrived for the iPhone and iPod Touch devices. Independent iPhone developer Robert Chitoiu – who is based in Norwalk, Connecticut – has developed an app that allows users to be organized more when it comes to the day-to-day running of their bank accounts.
Users of this app can forecast their bank balance up to one year in the future, by the application taking the information that is entered, and provides lists sorted by date. The app has an easy to use interface that lets users enter one of four item types: repeating bill, repeating income, one time bill and one time income.
In the system settings there is support for users with color deficiencies, which allows the darkening of the green for positive balances. There is a feature that allows for irregular items – if one of your bills is different each month – the amount can be entered, the forecast will then be recalculated, and remembered for future use.
Balance Forecasting 2.2 is only $0.99 on the App Store, for users of the iPhone or iPod Touch with OS 3.1.2 or later.
