New iPhone App: Chinese Holidays and Festivals 1.0

A new application that calculates and displays any of the thirty traditional Chinese holidays or festivals from year one to year 9999 has just been announced. Chinese Holidays and Festivals 1.0 is available for owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad.

Released by SuperlaSoft, LLC the apps details of Chinese traditions and rich history goes as far back as recorded time, and as far forward as you can set a calendar. The app is not only useful and practical; it is an important educational resource. Beautiful and detailed photos are also included in the app.

Contained in the app is a combination of calendars, text, photos and music to give users detailed information about traditional festivals and Chinese zodiac signs. These features make the app an ideal teaching tool for adults and kids. The app incorporates the ten heavenly stems and twelve earthly branches, and is based on the Gregorian calendar.

Chinese Holidays and Festivals is on the App Store for only $1.99. Requires iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad with OS 3.1 or later.
