New iPhone 4G Camera Rumor: From Apple Filing

Some exciting news for iPhone fans now, as a recent official patent filing by Apple has revealed that the company are planning to improve picture and video recording on future portable devices, including the upcoming iPhone 4G.

As reported from Apple Insider, the accompanying picture with the patent shows a handheld device with a camera located on the front side of the device – could this possible plans for the next iPhone we wonder?

It is no doubt that front and back cameras on the next iPhone would be most welcome – imagine being able to participate in video conferences, or take quick self-portrait pictures of yourself?
