New Heroes: Reborn needs NBC countdown app

There is nothing like a tease of a new TV show, especially when it is a return to something with a massive following. NBC has done the unthinkable and brought back the show that most fans thought would never return – Heroes: Reborn which is basically the world’s answer to Heroes Season 5.

Heroes is coming back as Heroes Reborn, but unfortunately won’t be on our TV screens until 2015 at the earliest. Series creator Tim Krings will be back at the helm which is exciting, but other than that NBC has kept everything a complete secret.

There is no word on whether the likes of Peter Petrelli and Claire Bennet will be back on our screens, but we hope that NBC are planning a lot more than just the measly 30-second teaser that we have included below.

After all, this is Heroes we are talking about – arguably one of the best shows in history. NBC needs to gain interest immediately and the first big way to do this is by releasing an official Heroes Reborn app, which contains a countdown to the new 13 episode series.

Who wants to see Sylar back in action?

We think it is only a matter of time before a new Heroes app is available, one which will hopefully keep iOS and Android fans up to date with the latest Heroes Reborn cast news and rumored announcements as they happen.

Will we see evil Sylar (pictured above) make a return, or will Heroes Reborn pick up from the end of Season 4 and once again revolve around the ‘Save the Cheerleader’ storyline with Claire Bennet?

Either way, let us know if you are looking for a Heroes Reborn app from NBC at the moment. Would you download one if NBC were to take notice of demand?
