New Fitness iPhone App: 2010 is the year for innovative exercise

POSCITECH today launched Fitaide Lite 1.0 a free app for iPhone and iPod Touch users. Based on the full version “Fitaide” this has the main features but each session runs for a maximum of 30 minutes. Designed to help improve fitness levels and not always go to the gym. iTunes gift certificates worth $150 can be won this weekend only, for users who can capture the maximum of activities per day.

The app has 3D Intensity Meter that tracks exercise intensity, and calorie burn as the user moves for any exercise they do on their feet. The device works well in the pocket, or for maximum accuracy can be strapped to the body wherever the activity is taking place.
