With the end of August in sight some of our readers will no doubt be looking at games they want in September for Android, and so we thought we would point you in the right direction. Some of you have also been looking at what iOS apps that are still not available on Android, but would like to see them released in September.
The video that we have for you below looks at the best apps and games coming to Android this August and September, although we can clearly see that one of the games that appears is already available on the Play Store, which so happens to be Flappy 3D. The second app to be featured in the video is Iron Knights and is a completely different game altogether. Other apps include Ingress, Manuganu, and FatBooth The video only runs for 3:42, but in that time you do get to see demos of these great apps coming to Android.
More choice with iOS still – Even if you are not a huge fan of Apple and iOS, you cannot deny that there is still a great choice on the rival platform, and apps are often released first, while those of you on Android have to wait it out. Many of these will not appeal to you, but there are some iOS apps that will and if this is the case, then there is hope.
If you know that there are some apps coming to iOS but not Android, then help is at hand because Cycada, which used to be Cider is a system that could allow iOS apps to run on Android devices. You can see more details on this here, along with a demo video below. Would you risk doing such a thing, or more to the question, do you really want anything to do with iOS?
Before we conclude, we have found a new mobile game being released next month called Valiant Hearts: The Great War, and will be for iOS only. That’s right, you will be able to download, install and enjoy playing Ubisoft’s next mobile title, while those with Android devices are left waiting. We cannot be certain if Cycada will work with this app, or when the developer will announce its Android release, so for now you will just have to watch this space.
