Yesterday we brought your the news of Sony‘s new iMac competitor the VAIO L Series, today we have a new notebook series to tell you about, this is the Sony VAIO C series.
All of the models in the series feature a colorful design and 3D-output via HDMI, in terms of specs it depends on the model you choose, as standard you get a 14-inch high contrast LED backlit display supporting a resolution of 1366 x 768, an Intel Core i5 processor, a 320GB HDD, up to 8GB of RAM, Windows 7 Home Premium, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, 1 x USB 3.0 port, 3 x USB 2.0 ports, a multitouch trackpad and a HD webcam.
The VAIO C series notebooks are extremely eye-catching, options allow you to choose a light-emitting casing which gives your VAIO a glow, also the keyboard illuminates for when you are typing in the dark (see image below).
Like the Sony VAIO NW models the C series features one-touch WEB access, this allows you to access the internet without booting into Windows, one-touch WEB access boots in just a few seconds, which is much faster than the time it would take to boot into Windows 7, you can find out more about this feature here.
