Nabi Big Tab HD price and release date

Fuhu is known for creating devices especially with kids in mind, with the range of Nabi tablets being a fine example. Some parents have been hoping that Fuhu produce larger versions because this will allow children to achieve far more in terms of the learning experience. It is for this very reason why the new Nabi Big Tab HD range has been released.

There are two sizes in this range, the Nabi Big Tab HD 20 and HD 24, which as you will obviously know are 20-inch and 24-inch tablets. You might wonder why create a kids tablet so large because it makes carrying them around so hard?

Thanks to the new larger size, families can enjoy these new Nabi tablets, as parents can get involved with their kids with a host of activities. Not only does it already come with the range of education applications for children seen on other Nabi devices, but also plenty of board-like type games for more than one-player.

Fuhu Nabi Big Tab specs for both 20-inch and 24-inch models are the same, so a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080p, NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor, 16GB of storage, and a lightweight removable carrying frame. As for price, the smaller of the two will cost $449 and the larger model $549, which works out an extra $25 per inch.

The exact Nabi Big Tab HD release date is not yet known, but it will be this coming fall, so anytime after late September. It would seem that Fuhu is gearing up to offer parents with kids another option in the months building up to the busy holiday season, but will you be adding one to your Christmas shopping list?
