My Vacation 2.0 for iPhone: Updated Travelogue in time for summer trips

The great travel app My Vacation has just been updated in time for the summer vacation season. My Vacation 2.0 is the perfect travel companion of owners of the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. Jammed packed with useful options the app allows travelers to plan and document their trips.

Developed by UK based Jasper Apps, My Vacation allows users to create handy to-do and packing lists, and while on their trips create an instant travelogue containing audio recordings, journals, maps, photos and videos.

The app has a really useful auto-locate feature that remembers where photos were taken, and allows users to create and send virtual postcards via Flicker, Facebook, and Twitter with a simple click of a button. Another good feature of the app is the ‘Notes’ option that stores the user’s links to useful websites.

My Vacation 2.0 is on the App Store for only $2.99. iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad required with OS 3.0 or later.
