MW3: New unseen multiplayer gameplay coming via live stream

We have some good news for those of you who are hungry for yet more Modern Warfare 3 footage before the game launches on November 8. Infinity Ward has promised to unveil some unseen gameplay from MW3 in a special live stream event which takes place later today.

Although it’s not specifically mentioned, it could be the moment when Infinity Ward decide to give a proper detailed look at online multiplayer. If you want to check it out, the event will be starting at 12-4pm PST, which is 3PM Eastern time and 8PM for those of you in the UK.

IGN are the ones to thank, as they’ll be providing a live stream of the event exclusively, in which Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling will be offering a first look at the brand new gameplay. It’s well worth tuning in to the event too, as Infinity Ward will also be handing out some prizes, such as Turtle Beach headsets, a copy of the game on any platform, PDP MW3 controllers and more.

If you want to be in with a chance of winning you’ll have to tweet @IGN with the tag #MW3 and watch the event to see if you’re selected. It’s free to enter of course so if you’re not doing anything later today you’ll be silly to miss out on this.

Earlier on we told you about the 16 multiplayer mini-map overviews that have been leaked for the game, once again confirming that some users already have a copy of the game. Also, we raised potential concerns here about the fact that Modern Warfare 3 will allow players to knife people faster with an unlockable weapon proficiency skill.

If you are looking for the latest updates from the game and possibly answer any questions that you may have about MW3, head to Robert Bowling’s Twitter page here and take a look at some of his updates.

Not long to go now, are you ready for the servers to get hammered on November 8?
