Mustang GT 5.0 vs. BMW M3: Who’s top dog?

There are two cars that I would love to get my hands on; the 2011 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 and the 2010 BMW M3. I know that I am never likely to experience the thrill that comes when you drive one of these powerful sports cars, so will just have to make do with a video instead.

The guys over at Motor Trend thought that they would take the 2011 Mustang GT and the 2010 BMW M3 onto a track and find out who is top dog. The reason why Motor Trend put the two together on the track was because the specs look to be very even, so it was only fair for the pair to duke it out on some tarmac.

The two cars went through a series of tests to come up with the result, such as a drag race, skid pad, 0-60 time and the best lap times round a circuit. We were very surprised with the results, but were you?

We do not want to give anything away, so why not find you for yourself by watching the video that we have embedded for you below. Share your thoughts with us once you learn the results.
