Motorola Droid X: Review compares to original

In the last 24-hours we have posted information on the Motorola Droid X update, looked at the differences in specs between Droid X and Droid 2, and spoken about the Droid X Verizon release date.

Now we wanted to show you an interesting article by PC World, which explains that there are key differences between Droid X and the original Droid. In his review, Brad Reed explains that it’s clear that the new Droid in 2010 is more of a different model, than a sequel.

This includes the Droid X relying completely on a touchscreen, which is both bigger and lighter than its predecessor. Brad looks at the social media features and arrives at a verdict quickly, you can read his quick review here.

Miami Herald has also taken a look at Motorola’s Droid X today, they find that the smartphone is packed full of features, but leaves them feeling unimpressed. You can view the ups, downs, and why they don’t recommend the device in their final verdict here.
