Parts within the Motorola Droid costs Motorola $179.11, plus the costs of $8.64 per handset to manufacture, therefore in total it costs them $187.75.
The most expensive part within the Droid is its 16GB microSD memory card, these are said to cost Motorola $35 each, the second most expensive part is the handsets 3.7 inch LCD TFT display, these cost Motorola Droid $17.75.
