Lately there has been a lot of mystery surrounding the Motorola Droid Bionic release date delay, yesterday specs were taken off the Motorola website, today we are hearing that there may be a change in form-factor.

According to Droid-Life the phone is being delayed due to feedback from CES, when it does finally become available there will be an improved form factor, more features and expanded functionality.

Exactly what Motorola have in mind is not clear at the moment, however we imagine that there were complaints at CES about the smartphone’s design, perhaps it was awkward to use, perhaps it wasn’t well balanced, its had to say.

All of this information was posted on the Motorola website (here), as you would expect no further details regarding the form-factor change, features or functionality were given, therefore we will have to keep you posted as we find out more.
