Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 desperation from fans

With GamesCom 2015 upon us, we can see that many Mortal Kombat X fans are getting very itchy over the inevitable prospect of a Mortal Kombat X Kombat Pack 2 release date.

NetherRealm still hasn’t announced anything officially, but it almost seems a certainty to come at some point this year since we are now finished with the first Kombat Pack but with so many more potential fighters to add to the game.

Some of the obvious choices are Sareena, Fujin, Rain, Baraka, Sindel, Noob Saibot, Shang Tsung, Cryax and Sektor. Many of these names already feature inside the game anyway from career mode so it wouldn’t be too much of a task for the developer to add them into the game as playable characters.

We can see that fans are constantly checking Ed Boon’s Twitter account daily for news of an announcement but so far there has been no movement on when it could be coming.

NetherRealm themselves specifically called the first pack ‘Kombat Pack 1’ in a recent live stream, which could imply that a second pack is on the way shortly and is currently in development.

It makes perfect sense with MKX smashing all kinds of sales records this year so let us know who your picks would be and who you wouldn’t mind paying more money for.

It is definitely going to happen, so give us your dream four characters for a MKX Kombat Pack 2 below!
