If you watched the teaser trailer last week, you’ll know that the first episode features Jax and Kano. Well, after watching the first episode, you’ll see Sonya Blade introduced, as well as Stryker too who is part of the same police force that Jax and Blade are working for.

We don’t want to spoil things for you, but the first episode also includes some details about how Kano equipped himself with his laser eye ability – something fans of the franchise will appreciate.

In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last few months, this live action web series is the first movement in the big Mortal Kombat reboot video game, which hits the PS3 and Xbox 360 on April 19th. The clip isn’t too long, but we definitely enjoyed it, and we can’t wait for episode 2 which will again be shown on Machinima next week.
