NetherRealm Studios, producers of the new 2011 Mortal Kombat title, have released a video which confirms that fan favorite Raiden will be making his appearance felt once more in the series and will be bringing back the thunder.
Fans of button-bashers will be excited to see some more gameplay footage from the upcoming game which over the years has developed a huge fanbase spanning back to the arcade era of gaming. Gamers can watch the video and see for themselves how Raiden is portrayed in this game as he fights various other characters in the series.
The video is great at showing the classic gameplay style of Mortal Kombat that we all know and love and when watching the videos you will be entranced by the speed of attack and the huge number of combination moves on offer. We are even treated to what looks to be the mortality finnisher at the end of the video.
Notably there is less blood in the game in comparison to some of the older titles that we are used to, however this shouldn’t take too much from the title because it looks great from the gameplay video. Watch the video below and tell us what you think, are you excited?
