More Siri for Mac insight or Finder app for iOS 10

With just over 24 hours to go until the WWDC 2016 keynote kicks off there is an increase in the number of reports suggesting that Apple will make some huge announcements when it comes to Siri for Mac. Having said that, there is also the chance that some of the new features for the voice assistant actually being more to do with a new Finder app for iOS 10.

According to the latest rumor the voice assistant was asked a question about windows on a phone and you can see that Siri answered with an answer to do with the Finder app.

There are two possible answers here, the first is that Siri has actually leaked Siri for Mac before Apple got to make the announcement tomorrow, but the other possibility is that there could be a new Finder app for iOS 10.

iOS 10 beta 1 release date

Some of you will say that the answer is always likely to come up when you actually mention the word Finder, but with this not actually being the trigger word, it is a rather interesting discovery. However, the results does not come up all the time, and so you might need to ask it that question several times in order to get that response.

We really do love the idea of Siri coming to Mac, which we very much doubt will be released until September the earliest. However, it’s also the thought of a new Finder app for iOS 10 and a revamped file system that intrigues us even more.
