Modern Warfare 3 Vs Battlefield 3: Which game will you buy?

We have had a fair portion of information on Battlefield 3 recently in the way of new screenshots and the very first gameplay video for the game, and we’ve just had a semi-official teaser on Modern Warfare 3, via a mysterious FindMakarov website which we’re sure you’ve all visited by now.

With this in mind, we want to know which game you are most looking forward to playing. The easy decision may be Call of Duty for some of you, but considering how impressive the Battlefield 3 gameplay trailer was, we think that some of you may be changing your minds.

Of course, we’re yet to see Activision provide any official details on the next Modern Warfare game, so we have no idea what kind of graphics the game will possess, or if it will make use of a new game engine – which would be pretty special.

Why are we asking this question so early you ask? Well for the very first time, Battlefield 3 and Modern Warfare will be releasing side by side with one another, meaning that both EA and Activision are fighting it out to secure your purchase around November. If you remember back to March last year, it was then that EA decided to unleash the popular Battlefield Bad Company 2 game, but it seems that EA now believe that BF3 has the minerals to take Modern Warfare 3 head on.

What do you think about this? Are you planning to pick up just one game, or not? Let us know your choice below.
