Modern Warfare 3 video shows campaign footage from E3 2011

Recently during the Microsoft E3 2011 keynote we got to see a video which showed plenty of gameplay footage from Modern Warfare 3’s campaign, if you missed it you will be glad to hear that the video has been uploaded on YouTube.

We have embedded the video at the end of this post, it lasts nearly 8 minutes and as you can see the video quality isn’t amazing but at least shows you what you missed out on. The first 2 minutes of footages shows you in scuba gear whilst planting explosives on a submarine, once it explodes you start to see some more familiar Call of Duty scenery aka gunfights.

During the latter parts of the video you see some of the weaponry available to you, we managed to spot the AK74U with the red dot sight, the P90 and a G18 pistol, one of our favorite parts of the video is when your breach into the room and then pick off the enemies one by one in slot motion.

At the end of the video you are fleeing on a small dinghy boat, the explosions look very realistic and it helps to build a dramatic atmosphere, sadly the poor quality of the E3 stream we watched and the YouTube video did not allow us to see just how impressive the graphics were, however the action did look very smooth with some great lighting.

Check out the video below, are you impressed?
