Modern Warfare 2: Still Topping Xbox Live Gameplay Charts

In early November last year Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was released, now over seven months on it is still topping Xbox Live gameplay charts in terms of unique users.

Since its release critics have loved to hate Modern Warfare 2, however this was mainly due to the care package glitch and the javelin glitch, now that many of the most annoying glitches have been patched and map packs have been released the game has seen a new lease of life.

Modern Warfare 2 saw the most unique users throughout the week starting June 14th. Despite being released over two and a half years ago Halo 3 was in second place, followed by Red Dead Redemption in third place and Call of Duty: World at War in fourth place.
