Enchanting in Minecraft has been available for years on PC. However for Pocket Edition players, Enchanting has been confirmed as one of the upcoming Minecraft PE 0.12.0 new features.
The Enchantment Table in Minecraft PE 0.12.0 will allow players the chance to create special abilities on existing weapons, books and armor in the game.
You’ll need enough experience and Lapis Lazuli before you start using Minecraft Enchantment ID though and don’t forget that all enchantment results are random.
Recently, Minecraft PE developer Tommaso Checchi provided an update on the status of the Minecraft PE 0.12.0 release date and in particular the fact that the Enchantment table UI had already been completed.
As you can imagine, fans are starting to get impatient with the wait as enchanting in Minecraft is a very big deal if you have tried it out on other platforms.
