Minecraft announced for Xbox Game Pass with Switch cross-play

Microsoft has just announced some massive news for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, by revealing that Minecraft will be added to the vast list of games available as of April 2019.

It means that from April 4, you will be able to download and play Minecraft through your usual subscription that also gives you access to other games such as Forza Horizon 4 and Sea of Thieves.

Now you can get your Minecraft Fix on with Game Pass

It will be the Bedrock version of Minecraft, meaning it will come with cross-play support with Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android. Fantastic if you have a friend who plays Minecraft on a different device to you – but sadly PS4 is not included on the list.
