Over the weekend, the Micromax Canvas Tab P680 was launched in India and it is going to be the latest tablet which combines a great price with pleasing hardware specs and performance.

The Micromax Canvas Tab P680 price in India has been set at 9499 Rupees, which currently converts to around 142 USD – under $150 in other words making this an extremely affordable device.
For that price you get some great features too. They include an 8-inch IPS display with a 800×1280 resolution. Powering the tablet is a Mediatek 1.3GHz Quad Core Processor, with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
For those wondering, yes the Canvas Tab P680 does have expandable storage up to 32GB with MicroSD card. Two cameras are also on board with a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, along with a 2MP sensor on the front for selfie opportunities and web chat.
One of the most pleasing aspects of this Android 5.0 Lollipop tablet though is the long lasting battery life thanks to a 4,000mAh capacity battery offering over 3 hours of video playback on a single charge.
