There seems to be a great deal of hype surrounding a particular phone, which will soon be unveiled to the Indian market, and that is the Micromax Canvas 4 HD. However, there does seem to be some confusion, because while some rumors suggest we are looking at a high-end smartphone, and so will be able to compete with the Galaxy S4 in India, there are other reports suggesting this will be a mid-range smartphone.
However, one thing we do know, and that’s the fact that the Micromax Canvas 4 will come with a Full HD display and is to feature a new way to unlock the phone. While this news may be several days old, this has given friends of Micromax’s Facebook page a chance to express how they believe the new phone will unlock.
It’s obvious that Micromax will be offering something different, as they say it will be nothing like the way you unlock your Android, BlackBerry or iOS device, so how will they go about it?
There have been suggestions of face recognition to unlock the Micromax Canvas 4, but as you can already do this on Android, it’s not really unique is it? However, there is the possibility that the handset could incorporate voice recognition instead.
As you would imagine, there are a few funny suggestions, such as shaking the Micromax Canvas 4 HD to unlock, although this could be an issue if you are jogging, as it could mimic the shaking action. One final way you could unlock the new device is with the use of a fingerprint scanner, something that iOS users believe the next iPhone could incorporate, although we feel this might not happen until next year instead.
