The Mi Fit Android app by Xiaomi allows for Mi Band owners to track, set, and follow exactly how their health is going with the support of Xiaomi’s fitness tracker. This includes tracking your sleep patterns and checking if you get a quality nights sleep with plenty of deep sleep, or if it’s disturbed for a number of reasons.
Tracking your activity is a great way to help motivate yourself and get more active. You can also set an Early Bird Alarm, which helps you start the day the right way and feel rested. Tracking trends using your personal health data has never been so easy with the aid of apps on Android and iOS.
Android update for Mi Fit app – At the end of May 2015, Xiaomi released another Mi Fit Android app update that fixed various bugs as well as add support for Google Fit. There was also some changes to the user interface that aimed to improve the UI, of course if you feel this wasn’t the case and have problems with the new design, then leave a comment.
Adding support for Google Fit should only help those using the Mi Fit band that required this feature. We’ve run a few tests ourselves using the latest 1.4.923 update, and everything worked fine and we didn’t have any issues sharing our progress as well to social networks.
One of our favorite features using the Mi Band and app is the ability to set the band to vibrate during phone calls. This helps you to never miss a call again, especially if you have your phone on silent a lot of the time. Also, it’s great being able to use WeChat to compete with friends for more steps.
