Metal Gear Solid V on PS Vita looks amazing

If you are looking forward to the Metal Gear Solid 5 release date, creator Hideo Kojima has offered up the perfect tease this week. The creative mind behind the popular franchise has released some images, showing Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes running perfectly on the PS Vita.

The game is coming along nicely, and we’re guessing that Kojima is now ready to start the marketing bandwagon with the game coming out this March – not that far away anymore.

While we wait to see the latest MGS:V gameplay, Kojima has given us the next best thing – screenshots confirming that Remote Play is working as intended on the PS4 version of the game running directly on PS Vita.

What is interesting, is that we also see Kojima opt to use the old school PS Vita with the OLED, rather than the PS Vita new model which has an LCD-based display instead. The image you see above is the pick of the bunch we feel, but we need to see some actual gameplay next.

It’s amazing to think that all future PS4 games are also going to be playable on PS Vita. We predicted that this would be a game-changer for the Vita and hopefully now most of you are starting to realize this as well.

Take a look at Kojima’s English and Japanese Twitter accounts for more pictures. Are you excited to pick up this game in March, ready for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain later on in the year?
