Metal Gear Solid 4 For PSP2: NGP Gameplay?

This morning Alan Ng gave us the list of games that will be released for the upcoming Sony PSP2 (codenamed NGP), and one of those games was Metal Gear Solid 4. Alan also added that Hideo Kojima decided to show those who attended yesterdays unveiling a video of the gameplay of said game on the new handheld, which we have for you below.

The video is a little on the blurry side, so hard to gauge just how good the graphics are. However, we were able to source a video on YouTube that also offered us Metal Gear Solid 4 gameplay, and we have to say were taken aback by the footage. Watch the video below and tell us what you think, its’ surreal?

We do not know how real this footage is or if it is fake, we just cannot tell between the two, as the first one is not that clear. We will have to wait until we get confirmation from Sony, so at least for now we will take this with a pinch of salt — but what if it is real?

I know that the PSP2 NGP is meant to have the power of the Sony PS3, but I was never a lover of the current model, as I was never happy with how the device felt in my hands. After 30 minutes or so my hands start to ache, fine for a child with small hands but not for an adult. Anyway, that’s just my take on it, I’m sure you all have your own opinion?
