Memorial Day weekend car sales, list of 2013 deals

As you may know, Monday is Memorial Day, which means two things, paying tribute to those who have lost their lives while serving in the United States Forces. However, this event is also known for something else, and that is for getting a bargain over the weekend thanks to some amazing sales.

One such event will be 2013 Memorial Day weekend car sales, as this is normally the time when you can get yourself an even better deal than usual, and also helps the auto industry at the same time. Car sales are expected to rise, and this is also a great way for a dealer to offload some old stock, making room for new models in the process — it’s a win-win for both parties.

Auto sales over this weekend have generally been positive in the past, so we have no reason to believe any different for 2013. The sales will run for three days, and there have been forecasts suggesting this weekend will be the best in 11 years. Vehicle buyers that benefit the most seems to be truck buyers, as we have seen in the past that prices can reduce on new trucks by at least 20 percent.

The list of 2013 Memorial Day weekend car deals looks promising, with several car brands looking to take advantage of what could be a very profitable weekend, and so Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, Hyundai and Toyota all have some deals running.

A range of Chrysler sedans, along with their 2013 Dodge Charger have discounts ranging from $2,500 to $4,000, and up to $3,250 off the 2013 Ram 1500 sticker price.

Ford is offering promotions on several of their models, such as the Focus SE and Titanium, 2013 Taurus SEL, 2013 Flex SUV, 2013 Expedition and also the F-150. Discounts start from $2000 and will go up to $4,250.

General Motors has deals running on several of their sedans, such as the Cruze, Malibu and Traverse, as well as their Silverado pickup, although their discounts are nothing like those Ford models above. Will you be taking advantage of these deals over the weekend?
