Medal of Honor (Xbox 360, PS3): Multiplayer Beta before Release Date

We have some great news for those of you who are planning to pick up Medal of Honor on the Xbox 360 or PS3 now, as EA has just confirmed the news that the game will be receiving a multiplayer beta before release.

As reported from VG247, the news comes after yesterday’s announcement of an October 12th release date in the U.S. No further details on the beta were revealed – except that it is definitely coming before October.

That means we don’t know if it will be exclusive to one console or not, how you take part, or an exact period when the beta will be available.

It will be interesting if they tie this in with Bad Company 2 somehow. Codes could be available for VIP members would be one idea, while those who purchase DLC for Battlefield could be another.

Either way, we’re just happy a beta is on the way. Are you looking forward to this? Give us your reaction to the news.
