Marvel Future Fight Christmas update with Snow stage

Netmarble has only just dropped Futue Fight update 1.8 update onto players, but we are here with the first details on a possible Marvel Future Fight Christmas update as an added treat.

Specifically, evidence suggests that Netmarble will soon be offering a Future Fight Christmas themed stage with snow added to environments.

Players should remember a similar timed-event happening for Halloween, which proved to be extremely popular as it offered the chance to rank up Elsa Bloodstone, Lash and Warwolf using Halloween Tokens.

Take a look at the official screenshots which we have offered up here as evidence that this new stage has already been finished by the developers.

This certainly is not in the game at the moment and didn’t arrive with the 1.8 update – so it looks like it is being saved for the week of December 21.

Given that the 1.8 update arrived on Tuesday morning Asia time, we wouldn’t be surprised if this Marvel Future Fight Christmas update was available on Tuesday December 22, just in time for Christmas.

A nice treat would be to offer Christmas tokens in Future Fight with the option of redeeming them for the three new characters just introduced – Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen and Silk.

Give us your reaction to the Christmas update and if you would love to see Christmas tokens return just like the Halloween event.

Reminder: Remember that at no point did we say this was confirmed above. The screenshots here were from Netmarble’s official 1.8 trailer that they put out. It’s still speculation and we thought some of you may want us to share the information.

Update: The Christmas update has now been confirmed by the screenshot below over on the Chinese version of the official forums at Mobirum.

Note the Red Snowflake for the Future Fight Holiday Festival update in the bottom right corner of the image. We have also seen from those datamining on Reddit that this event will offer tokens which you can redeem for Tiny, Small, Big and Huge Chests.

The Halloween event had a restriction on using energy attacks and now it looks like the restriction for the Christmas event will be immune to physical instead!

What heroes will be in these chests? Let the speculation begin.
