Man Utd Vs Liverpool FC live with Google Hangout

We have something pretty amazing news to share with Manchester United fans now, as we can tell you that the club is teaming up with Google to offer something very special indeed in preparation for Manchester United Vs Liverpool FC on March 16,2014.

In what has to be one of the best sport and technology concepts that we have seen for years, Google and Manchester United will give Google+ users the opportunity to watch the upcoming match live against Liverpool – at Old Trafford.

It will work with a new venture called Google Front Row, with users having their live Google Hangout video stream beamed onto the pitchside hoardings as shown in the image above. Manchester United will be selecting participants to take part in this event and if you are chosen you’ll be shown live at Old Trafford in front of the whole world.

It’s an amazing idea in our opinion and it could turn out to be something of a social craze within sport moving forward, if Google can get this right. Obviously it won’t be good if we see user’s video streams buffering in and out during the match, or if something wrong was to happen with any of the streams on pitchside.
