Lian Li PC-U6 Cowry: Sleek Seashell shaped Desktop PC

When it comes to getting a new desktop PC the towers with all that hardware packed inside can sometime be a little bulky and therefore not very pleasing on the eye. That brings us to today’s news of the PC-U6 Cowry from Lian Li.

The design has a beautifully crafted, seashell shaped, aluminum casing for its PC tower. The PC-U6 is a very unique design and one that just adds a sophisticated touch to otherwise common ugliness. Though it takes on a different shape from the normal square, rigid form it does not sacrifice any space for hardware.

At the deepest part of the casing is space enough to accommodate for up to 310mm of video card for example. It also has two fans mounted to its sides each 120mm long. It also packs enough room for a full size PSU and five storage drives (two 2.5” and three 3.5”).

Another unique feature is its red LED kit which adds special effect to the design. Lastly it has an external ODD which is 5.25”. You can buy one of these towers for the price of $349 and it is available later in the month.
