When it comes to remote controls the amount of systems that require these can mean you sometime need a controller to find your lost controllers. In addition, those with LG smart televisions may find their current controller can be a bit hard to use. This is where the LG Magic Remote for 2013 looks like the ideal way to remain in charge of your viewing and make life easier with new improvements, which can speed up the way you use the controller.

The new LG Magic Remote can be seen in action in the video above and although this is only brief lasting just short of 2 minutes, we are intrigued about the new ways this can be used. The new LG Magic Remote aims to make things easier for the user and the video demonstrates some great new improvements, like being able to click, drag and drop items anywhere you want on your LG TV screen.

The easy mouse like pointer control is ideal for those blinded by the amount of buttons and features seen on other controllers, and with a mouse like adaption this is also familiar for those who are used to browsing the net on their PC.

The video highlights some valuable time saving features that can be used with things like being able to make a V shape on the screen to highlight a recent list of programs and contents. The use of simple gestures can make using your smart-television much easier and even voice recognition has been mentioned with the new LG Magic Remote, which cuts out any tedious typing.
