LG G4 Verus Thor vs. Spigen Rugged Armor case

There is no denying that the LG G4 is one of the better looking smartphones on the market, but some of you will have trouble keeping it in a gorgeous condition. Thankfully, there is already a good range of cases to help keep this phone in perfect condition, but what about those of you who tend to be a little rougher with their handsets?

Well, worry no more because even though the LG G4 is the newest of the powerful, flagship smartphones on the market, there is already a good selection of rugged cases to help keep them protected.

However, we have narrowed down two very popular ones that not only offer a good amount of protection for your LG G4, but also will not break the bank either.

First up we have the Verus LG G4 Case Thor Series, which comes in a choice of four colors. Shine Gold, Light Silver, Steel Silver and Military. If you are looking for a case that offers a good amount of protection, but is not too bulky, then this is ideal.

Each case has a matte finish and edges that are rubberized, while still maintaining an attractive look. Full details for this case can be found on the Verus Case website, although we can tell you that its price is $27.99.

Spigen Rugged Armor case

While this is a cheap case with a decent amount of protection, there is another choice, one that is even cheaper. The LG G4 Rugged Armor case from Spigen still offers a good amount of protection, while still remaining functional — something we cannot say for some of the more robust cases.

Ok, so we highly doubt this will offer as much protection as the one from Verus, but you still get a single-layer matte TPU, along with a flexible, yet slim Rugged Armor for a cozy fit. Another added benefit is the addition of a kickstand, ideal for watching videos.

For more details head to the Spigen website, although we will tell you that it comes in just the one color, black and costs $14.99.

For those of you looking to add more battery life, the the Mophie Juice will be released later in June for the LG G4.

Which of these two cases would you prefer?
