LG G Watch availability and price through hands-on

It was last month that both LG and Motorola stated their intent to enter the smartphone market, and while at that time we never had many details in regard to the LG G Watch, a recent hands-on has allowed the media to gain new light on the upcoming Android Wear device.

Let’s not beat around the bush here because we know you will be eager to learn about the LG G Watch availability and price, and thanks to Pocket-lint, the smartwatch will be released before July and will cost around £180 or less, which has been pretty much confirmed by LG.

The independent gadget website managed to get hands-on with a prototype, which is based on the final LG G Watch public release version. They had the chance to get a good feel for the Android wearable device, although it was still not a working version, and so we are still unable to see a fully working LG G Watch to see how well it compares to the likes of the Galaxy Gear.

However, Pocket-lint still has some of the best pictures of LG’s smartwatch yet, one of which is side-by-side with Samsung’s most recent smartwatch — well one of them at least.

As for those all-important LG G Watch specs, the South Korean company is still holding out on us, although we would imagine that they will announce more details in the next month or so.

Do you think it would be silly to purchase the first generation of this watch?
