LG 49LH570V 49-inch TV review positivity

This is the month that people search the Internet high and low looking for the cheapest TV, although there are many things you have to be weary of, such as retailers inflating the price at first, only to reduce them and advertise how it is such a fantastic deal. However, the good thing is, at least you do not have to leave the comfort of your own home, and can compare these different TV models to see if you are in fact getting a great deal.

We suspect that many of you will be doing just that with the LG 49 Inch 49LH570V Full HD Smart LED TV, which is currently being sold at Argos during November 2016.

LG 49LH570V specs include that 49-inch, 1080p screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and a motion rate of 450, which is not too bad, but we have certainly seen better. What worries us is that there is not much going on in the way of image technology to ensure perfect picture quality, although you only get this when you have a larger budget.

Other features include a viewing angle of 176/176 degrees, 2 HDMI ports, which may not be enough and also a USB input as well. The TV has an Ethernet connection and also built-in WiFi, allowing you to gain access to the TVs Smart features.

We do have an issue with the sound though, as it is only 10 watts RMS, which is around half of other TVs in this range. Having said that, Argos does offer an LG SHD soundbar for £200 when purchased at the same time as this TV.

Going back to the specifications, and like the LG 43LH570V, which we recently looked at, the 49LH570V refresh rate is also hidden, which we do find very strange indeed. However, we suspect that it’s only going to be 60Hz, as this is pretty much the standard for a TV that is so cheap. Speaking of which, Argos is currently selling this model for £349, which is said to be a saving of £230.

If you head over to Argos’s LG 49 Inch 49LH570V Full HD Smart LED TV review page , there are just over 20 reviews from customers that purchased this model. The review rating is 4.5 out of 5 stars, which means there is positivity towards this model, which you can read for yourself in the link above. What your thoughts on this TV, and can you see yourself buying one of them?
