LG 40LH5000 review for perfect bedroom TV

If you are looking for the cheapest TV to buy in the US during the frantic sales period when shoppers are scrambling to pick up TVs, then we have another suggestion for you to consider.

The LG 40LH5000 40″ Class LED – 1080p – HDTV is available to buy at Best Buy and at the time of writing it is available for an amazing price of $149.99 – an instant discount of $130 from the usual price of $279.99.

For the price, LG 40LH5000 specs include full 1080p HD resolution, 2 HDMI ports, 1 USB port, 10 watt speakers and Dolby Digital audio.

As you can see, the features are pretty basic and we should point out that the LG 40LH5000 does not have Smart apps such as Netflix and YouTube out of the box.

For this you will have to buy a separate media stick such as Chromecast and use up a HDMI port. For $149.99 that is still a viable option for some of you though so it’s not a deal breaker by any means.

This TV seems ideal as a secondary TV for the bedroom or the kitchen as it’s fully wall mountable. To see what other buyers have said about this model, read through the LG 40LH5000 reviews here and let us know if this TV is appealing to you.

Is the cheapest price you have seen for a 40-inch TV from a well known brand? Leave your thoughts below!
