LFconnect Android and iOS app for exercise machines

Earlier we hit on the subject about apps being able to connect with many devices around the home, but this was just based on Samsung products. We thought we would now look into another app, this time the LFconnect Android and iOS app for their exercise machines.

Life Fitness is the name of the exercise equipment and they say this is the company to create an app to work with their equipment on both Android and iOS platforms, allowing you to create customized workouts on the website and then keeping a close eye on those goals on your smartphone or tablet.

What we love about this app is that it does not just keep an eye on your workouts on their machines, but also if you train outdoors or do some weights, it just updates this into exercise regime.

There are so many LFconnect features that will help to improve how you approach your workouts, such a creating weekly workout goals through the dashboard, giving you quick access making it easier to monitor. Syncs with means the app syncs with the LFconnect website giving you even greater access to your progress. However, you can also enter the information manually, which means you don’t have to connect to the website if you do not want to.

Going back to being able to track your results while training outdoors, this is achieved with GPS built into your smartphone or tablet. You can download the LFconnect app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

The LFconnect app will work with several of their equipment from their Elevation Series, such as Discover SE and SI, Engage, and Track.
