Lexus LFA track edition from Japan

As you may or may not know Lexus who are better known for their large, soft riding luxury cars have released an exclusive LFA supercar for the road. The road car powered by a 4.8 litre V10 and pushing out 552 bhp is also dripping with electronic toys.

However Lexus not content with trying their hand at the supercar market have decided to strip down the $375,000 performance car to make a competition-focused version.

It is said to be called the Nürburgring edition named after the German track where drivers and vehicles become legendary. Along with being light weight it will have larger wings, stiffer suspension, more horsepower and a choice of four paint options.

While the road version of the LFA was said to be rather expensive will anyone pay the premium for the striped out track version, tell us your thoughts? Head over to AutoBlog for more tasty pictures.
